 Kelly has been in the real estate business for over 9 years. Since joining Allen Tate in 1998, she has been a multi-million dollar producer each year. In addition to being a member of the President's Club, Chairman's Club and a VIP of the Company, Kelly has consistently been a top 5% producer for Allen Tate.
Growing up North Carolina, with a father as a custom builder, the importance of detail and customer satisfaction were instilled at an early age and were emphasized greatly. Every detail counts and customer satisfaction is of utmost importance. Whether you are buying or selling a home Kelly can assist you in making educated and smart decisions, while making sure that every detail is taken care of and you are completely satisfied when you walk away from the closing table.
With a background in Marketing, experience as a mortgage loan originator and a family in the industry, Kelly was well suited for a career in real estate. For these reasons Kelly has the experience and knowledge to lead you with confidence and poise through any real estate transaction.
Kelly firmly believes that you can never stop learning and therefore, she has continued to acquire additional real estate designations. She has completed the GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute), CRS (Certified Residential Specialist- only 2% of Realtors nationwide have this designation), and e-Pro (only 1% of Realtors nationwide have this designation) designations. She will continue her additional education, as she sees this is a great benefit to all clients (Buyers and Sellers).
As a resident of Charlotte for the past thirty years, Kelly is happily married to her high school sweetheart, has two grown children, one beautiful grandchild and a extended family of clients, who she would love to brag about any chance that she gets.
